Dumpling Folding/Zongzi Fundraiser
The Asian Heritage Association is hosting its first ever zongzi fundraiser in early June.
Frozen, precooked zongzi will be available for pickup June 8 and 9 during regular business hours at G&S Market in McMinnville.
Zongzi will be made to order. They are $5 each or $20 for four. Preorders must be placed by Thursday, May 30.
Volunteers are also invited to help fold zongzi for the fundraiser. Folding will take place on Saturday, June 1, at McMinnville Covenant Church from 10am to 5pm.
If you would like to help fold for the fundraiser, please make sure you have your food handler’s permit. This permit costs $10, and the fee can be reimbursed by AHA upon request.
